Strategic planning is the key to assuring that our organization is prepared for the challenges of tomorrow. The ASMBS Strategic Plan includes the mission, vision, goals and objectives of the organization and will serve as the roadmap for our short-, mid- and long-term work.
A key component of the ASMBS Strategic Plan is an Implementation Plan that outlines the activities each ASMBS committee will undertake to meet their goals and objectives which ultimately align with the overall vision and mission of the organization.
This web site has been designed specifically as a means for allowing members access to ASMBS’ Committees’ Plan for Implementation, a list of committee members, as well asproviding an area for committees to work, post minutes and communicate with other members.
